Now Hiring: Claims Manager

Location: Regina, SK
Position Type: Full-Time

Co-op Hail Insurance is looking for a Claims Manager to lead claims operations throughout the hail season and support our team of approximately 110 adjusters and supervisors.

The role includes overseeing claim entry and distribution, supporting adjuster recruitment and training, and helping ensure Co-op Hail members continue to receive professional and timely service.

We’re looking for a strong leader with experience in agricultural insurance, crop hail insurance, or a related field, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
